Nearly 10 years, I went on a trip to the Bahamas. I brought with me, a pair of new flip flops and they turned out to be quite painful for the skin between my toes. I bought a pair of these in black sold under the resort name (okabashi on the bottom) and they were awesome! Not only did it not hurt the tender skin, they were comfortable enough to walk in for hours! To this day, I still wear them and they are not visible worn. They last a long time and definitely worth it :D

I love them, I tossed out all my cheapy flip flops, because they had absolutley no arch support, & I recently developed some annoying foot problems, & these are Fantastic! I bought 2 pairs, one is so that I can give to my sister, who also developed foot problems, but I hate sharing them now! LOL!

Best flip flops I've ever owned

OMG... I LOVE my flip flops! I bought a pair about 5 years ago. I've toured Taiwan, the temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, the beaches of Thailand and the west coast of Canada, in them. I wear them hiking as much as I wear them as house slippers. They're my everything shoes. One finally broke at the toe piece, just a couple of weeks ago while I was squatting on my toes, painting my fence. With winter coming upon us in Canada, I doubt I'll find a pair until spring. I don't want to live without them!

A bit disappointed.

I have a pair of these I bought at a drug store 10 years ago, and I'm still wearing them, but they're getting old and worn so I thought I'd order some new ones. They are the most comfortable sandals I own, and the best for my problem feet.
The old version of these shoes (from 10 years ago) was made from a softer, more cushioning material, and they were a bit roomier. The ones I just received are cut a bit smaller (I'd guess exactly size 7, and I'm a 7 1/2) and are made of a very hard plastic material - no cushioning at all. The oval "Okabashi" logo in the heel cup is nothing but a paper sticker that starts coming off the first time you wear them. Underneath the sticker in the left heel cup is a plastic bump. Sigh...
Whenever I find a product I love, it seems the company decides to change the design or material and skimp on the quality.

Very comfortable, and good flip flops for the rate. It goes with jeans and everything and makes walking easy. Buy it is my suggestion. So far all my purchases has been good

I've been wearing Okabashi flip-flops since the 1980's and have traveled everywhere with them. Currently I have 8 colors. As soon as the weather warms up, I'm in my flip flops and I live in them until cold weather. In Dallas that means about 7 months. They are my absolute favorite shoes, and the only flip flops that my feet can tolerate for long walks.

I have bought over 10 pairs shoes, my family & I love these shoes, even though I'm a diabetic they are great on my feet, very comfortable, I do recommend Okabashi shoes, try them you will not regret it.

I have had two pairs of classic flip-flops for over one year and they still look brand new. Easy on my feet, non-skid, perfect! I wear them when boating and never slide on the boat or the banks in these. Highly recommend. Hold up very nicely to repeated abuse/use. :)

just beware of the color ORANGE

LOVE LOVE LOVE these flip flops, would prefer to live in them 24/7 - alas, I work in a law firm and flip flops are a big no-no. Just be careful ordering the orange. Orange is my favorite color and I thought it would be great to have these to go with about 80% of my wardrobe. But it's not plain old orange - it's NEON orange! I'm too lazy to box them up and send them back - am going to give them to charity and hopefully someone who LIKES neon orange will have a cool and comfortable summer in them. Seriously, Okabashi folks - when you say ORANGE, you should say COORDINATES NICELY WITH HUNTING SAFETY ATTIRE. Will always love you, but this ORANGE shouldn't even be legal as a shoe color.
