Glide

I purchased three different pairs, and the Glides have become my favorite around-the-house and out-to-the-mailbox shoes. The LL fits well (I usually wear a size 10 shoe) and they seem a touch snugger than the Eurosports (which is good). The arch arch support also seems more pronounced, which to me, is more comfortable. About to order another pair to keep in the car.

I never heard of Okabashi until now. I bought three pairs on the site with never having tried the shoes before. It was a gamble. I am very critical and demanding and these shoes live up to the hype. Now one has to consider these shoes cost much less than any other comparable brand and they are better made with tougher more durable material. Also the foot bed design is clearly superior to anything on the market now. My only complaint is I would like a strap in the back to secure the shoe as it tends to flop around and slip off which is annoying and could easily be changed. Also a line of shoes using these foot beds could really expand your market. Use green materials for the upper like organic cotton and hemp. For dress shoes use your rubber. I bet you could make a dress shoe out of rubber! A challenge? Love the shoes, and really love that they are made in the USA and are recyclable and made with recycled old shoes! Can any competition claim domestic production or green production?

These are absolutely terrific sandals. They are comfortable, they look great, and they have a reassuring heft and durability. I wear these everywhere: beach, coffee shop, decent restaurant, picnic, whatever. Just love them.
