Relief From PAIN!

Iam a woman with very wide flat feet who also has back pain, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. Over the past year I have spent quite a bit of money trying to find a com fortable pair of shoes.One day I just happened to find the Okabashi website and read the reviews and that women wore the mens sandals. The one lady reviewer stated that the Milan style was the widest so that's what I ordered.When my shoes came I took them out of the box and put them on.Let's just say that me and my feet fell in love with Okabashi! I wore the Milans to work the next day and even up to bedtime.They are so supportive ,cushy and comfortable!I am so glad I found this website.What other styles are really wide like the Milan?I would love to have these in navy to wear with jeans and jean capris.Thank you for such a wonderful inexpensive shoe made in the USA.

sizing frustrating, ordered 14 pairs, these I am keeping!

Finding the right fit was frustrating, old styles are not sized as the new sandal styles are. I LOVE the Magna-Sandal in M, but it's not made anymore.
I'm a W's Nike 8 with plenty of toe room. I was looking for easy to slip-on shoes that are durable to disinfect. And wide enough to wear my Smartwool Hiking socks with inside in the winter. And then wear them sans socks in the garden the rest of the year.
I LOVE the deep heel cup these have, how it cradles my heels, keeps my heel from moving about as the other Okabashi sandals allow! And the wide coverage of the Milan's straps hold the sandal on my foot better.
I did notice that the Milans have a hollowed out bottom sole. When wet the soles make a vacuum, sticking slightly to a smooth floor and make smacking, sucking sounds. I wonder how easy it will be to get garden soil out of the bottoms? But they are very comphy for me, although to me, they look like duck feet! But what do I care!:) I'm into COMFORT!!!
I ordered 4 more pairs!

Nice, but a little too loose on my foot

I am a woman with wide feet, a high instep, and a high arch. Finding sandals that fit well is difficult. Never having worn Okabashi, I didn't know what to order or what to expect re: fit. The Milan sandals have a looser fit over the instep and seem a bit too wide. The other pair I ordered (Eurosport) fit great and I pretty much wear them every day since they arrived. The Milan seem wider and have a looser strap than the Eurosport. This sandal will work well for you if you especially wide feet or a very high instep.

Greatest Shoe I have ever worn

I have had this shoe for over 7 years. They are finally wearing out and I plan to replace them soon. I have neuropathy in my feet and these shoes are so comfortable that I have to look down occasionally to make sure I have shoes on.
Thanks for making them. My wife and I hope to purchase more of your shoes as soon as we can.

The World's Best Sandal

As a woman with long feet, it is hard to find an all-purpose sandal. The Milan fits so well that I have worn them for over four years now. I won't wear another sandal. The Milan is so comfortable and versatile. Goes well with casual clothes and even into the garden. Spray the shoes with a hose and reenter the house. All of my pairs of the Milan have lasted an average of over two years apiece, rated excellent from a durability standpoint. Size XXL is perfect for a size 12 female foot. Excellent all-around shoe, in fact I'm wearing them now. The most durable, supportive, and long lasting shoe that I have ever owned. My complete satisfaction and sure to be yours too.
