We are confident you will be happy with your Okabashi purchase. However, we know sometimes you might change your mind or you might have picked up the wrong size or color. Returns and exchanges are easy with Okabashi.
Refunds
If necessary, any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with any item. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded as a PDF. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Exchanges & Defective Merchandise
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of Okabashi shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within two years of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, we will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Okabashi can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.
