Photograph submissions will be accepted from 12:00 am EST, Wednesday, May 25, 2011, through 11:59 pm EST, Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Voting will begin 12:00 am EST, Wednesday, July 6, 2011, and last through 11:59 pm EST, Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Winners will be announced and contacted on Thursday, July 14, 2011. There are two methods for submitting a contest photograph: 1) Post as a Facebook Fan Photo to the Okabashi – Official Facebook page: facebook.com/Okabashi; or 2) E-mail it to marketing@okabashi.com. Include your name and a brief description of the photograph. Okabashi shoes must be visible in each photograph entry to be considered eligible. Limit one (1) photo submission entry per person during the promotional period. Okabashi reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its own discretion. Winning photographs will be selected based upon number of votes. To vote for a photo, a voter must click "Like" underneath the photo of choice in Okabashi's Facebook album titled "My Okabashi Summer". The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received as well as eligible votes placed during the voting period. Five (5) winners will be selected on the basis of aggregate votes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win his/her choice of five (5) pairs of Okabashi Shoes; One (1) Runner-Up will win his/her choice of three (3) pairs of Okabashi Shoes. Three (3) Finalists will each win one (1) pair of Okabashi shoes. The Approximate Market Value ("AMV") is Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per pair. The total AMV of the Sweepstakes is One Hundred Sixty-five Dollars (165.00 USD). Winners will be contacted for their shoe size(s) and selection. If winner does not reply within 7 days of initial contact attempt, winner forfeits prize. Prizes will be shipped via UPS Ground to winners. Prizes will be shipped after the promotional period ends. If the prize cannot be delivered successfully after two (2) attempts, winner forfeits prize.
