If something isn't quite right with your order, we will work with you to make your return or exchange as easy as possible.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If necessary, any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling. Just download, print, and complete the Okabashi Returns Form (pdf); then include it when you send the product back to Okabashi. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded but can be exchanged under the same conditions stated above. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when sending items back to Okabashi – we do not provide prepaid labels or reimburse shipping costs.
The reason code must be completed to ensure return is processed in a timely manner.

OKABASHI 2-YEAR WARRANTY
Okabashi warrants Okabashi-branded shoes and sandals against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Okabashi will replace the defective product with the same style or a product of similar value.

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Okabashi can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.
